A raccoon may not be endangered or special in any way, but it is adored by many people who do not see them as urban pests.
Their original habitats are actually mixed/ deciduous forests, but thanks to their high adaptability, they have moved into our backyards.
They have a special habit called "Dousing", which is the action of picking up the food and using their hands to remove unwanted parts, and therefore looks like they are "washing their food". However, this behaviour is only present in captive raccoons, and have yet to be seen on wild raccoons.
This raccoon is purple/ grey gradient with white fur patches.
