They are faced with habitat loss as their homes are converted into farmlands. Another problem they faced is that they rely on a specific type of fig as their food source.
There has been at least 30% decline in their population for the past 2 decades.

The bats with gold detail are triple fired sculptures with real gold luster enamel. Can be polished lightly with a jewelry cloth. Do not over polish as it could be abraded away.
